Register for an ozone-depleting substances (ODS) account

The Environment Protection Agency requires all business Entities or Companies involved in the Import, Export, Sale or Distribution of Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning Chemicals/Gases and related equipment to first register through its National Ozone Unit.

By pressing the Register now button below, you will be able to fill in our online registration form and submit it to the Agency. After registration, you will be able to apply for a permit.

Before you start

You need your:

  • Business Tax Identification Number – TIN
  • A valid copy of your Business Registration Certificate
  • Full address of your Business
  • The location of Business storage facilities
